If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

We deliver within South Africa. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Risk passes to you upon delivery

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you have the right to:

• Return goods within 10 business days if they were delivered damaged, defective, or not as described
• Cancel a direct marketing transaction within 5 business days of receipt

To initiate a return:

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

We do not accept returns on opened perishable or health-related products for hygiene reasons, except where the product is defective.
