Payment is processed securely via PayFast. We accept major credit and debit cards, EFT, and other methods offered by PayFast. We do not store your card details.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to:
- Decline any order at our discretion
- Cancel an order if a product is out of stock or incorrectly priced
- Request identity verification for high-value orders
If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within South Africa. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

- Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Risk passes to you upon delivery
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds (Consumer Protection Act)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you have the right to:
- Return goods within 10 business days if they were delivered damaged, defective, or not as described
- Cancel a direct marketing transaction within 5 business days of receipt

- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
We do not accept returns on opened perishable or health-related products for hygiene reasons, except where the product is defective.
